HALYARD* Tray Liners are designed to be used both inside trays next to delicate instruments, as well as underneath trays to absorb condensation and help provide protection to sterilization wrap from sharp tray corners and edges.

VALIDATIONS

• Validated for use in Steam Sterilization Systems (USA): Pre-vacuum steam at 270°F/132°C for 4 minutes
• Pre-Vacuum Steam: Up to 8 total layers in any combination in and/or under the tray. (Example: 4 layers in the tray and 4 layers under the tray)

Not Recommended For:

• Gas Plasma Sterilizers
• Vapor Phase Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilizers
• Use as an all-purpose wipe
