Return Policy for Credit or Exchange
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only for customers holding an active account with A.B.C. MEDICAL.
- Any order placed through our website and paid via PayPal is considered a final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
- All products must be returned with a Return Authorization Number issued by A.B.C. MEDICAL.
- Any product marked with an asterisk in its code is non-returnable/non-exchangeable and considered a final sale.
- All special-order items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable and considered final sale.
- According to Health Canada regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products with a DIN, NPN, or temperature-controlled items.
- A maximum of 15 days from receipt of the merchandise is allowed to request a return or exchange authorization.
Return/Exchange requests must include the following information:
- Products expiring within 9 months are not eligible for return or exchange (subject to A.B.C. MEDICAL evaluation).
- Any specially ordered product not normally stocked is non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
- All returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
- The return authorization number must be clearly indicated on the shipping box.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an A.B.C. MEDICAL error.
- Products with damaged or altered packaging will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
- A minimum restocking fee of 25% applies to all approved returns. Additional fees may apply in certain cases.
- Invoices must be paid according to terms. A credit note will be issued only after return approval and inspection.
A.B.C. MEDICAL reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
