Return Policy for Credit or Exchange

• Each product must be returned with a return authorization number issued by A.B.C. MEDICAL.
• Any product containing an asterisk in its code is non-returnable/exchangeable and is considered a final sale.
• Any special order is non-returnable/exchangeable and is considered a final sale.
• As per Health Canada standards and regulations: We are unable to exchange/accept returns for a product with a DIN, NPN, and/or temperature-controlled number.
• A maximum of 15 days following receipt of the merchandise must be adhered to by the customer to request a return/exchange authorization for a product from A.B.C. MEDICAL.

Return/Exchange Requests Must Be Addressed to A.B.C. MEDICAL with the Following Information:

• Products expiring within 9 months may not be accepted for return/exchange (to be determined by A.B.C. MEDICAL, depending on the product).
• Any product, regardless of its expiration date, that has been specially ordered and not stocked by A.B.C. MEDICAL, is non-returnable/exchangeable.
• All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in a shipping box to protect the product and the product packaging being returned.
• The return authorization number must appear on the return label of the shipping box, along with A.B.C. MEDICAL's address.
• Transportation costs for returned/exchanged products are NOT the responsibility of A.B.C. MEDICAL, except in the case of an error by A.B.C. MEDICAL.
• Merchandise with damaged/modified packaging will be rejected. To obtain credit/exchange, products must be in resaleable, like-new condition. Returns/exchanges not meeting these conditions will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
• Return fees apply; a minimum of 25% on returned/exchanged merchandise. Additionally, additional fees may be applied in specific cases. Return fees are confirmed upon issuance of the return/exchange authorization.
• The invoice must be settled according to the payment terms. If all return/exchange conditions are accepted, a credit note will be issued, according to A.B.C. MEDICAL's return authorization conditions.

A.B.C. MEDICAL reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange.
